1. How do you ensure good product quality?
Answer: We have a complete quality control system; all of our products are fully checked by IQC, OQC departments before ship to our clients.
2. How fast can you delivery goods?
Answer: Always 7-10 working days since order confirmed, if need goods urgently,we can arrange expedited production.
3. What's your MOQ?
Answer: We have no MOQ limits, 1 piece for test purpose at first is acceptable.
4. How long is your product warranty?
Answer: 7 Days replacement and 12 months repair free of charge for quality problem
5. Can you accept OEM brand?
Answer: Yes, we can accept the OEM brand without extra charge.
6. Can you offer free samples?
Answer: Yes, we can offer free samples, however you should pay for the samples at first, and then we will return the cost when you release bulk order.
7. How long your quotation valid?
Answer: Our quotation valid for 6 months.
8. What trade terms, payment mode and payment terms can you accept?

Payment mode: T/T,Westem Union, PayPal, Money Gram
Payment terms: 100% payment before shipment
9. What express ways you can offer, can we use our own courier?
Answer: We can send goods to you by DHL, TNT, UPS, SF, EMS for freight prepaid, also can use your own courier account to do the freight collect, just for your convenience.
