Each axis of this product utilizes imported programmable Hall sensors to achieve zero point adjustment, linearity adjustment, full-scale output adjustment, temperature adjustment, etc. Each axis is calibrated at 9 points. There are a total of 2 axes, with a total of 18 calibration points.
It is widely used for precise joystick control, with a full-scale linearity of up to 1%. What stands out is that under 5V power supply, the zero output is controlled between 2.48-2.52V. Moreover, the product excels in terms of safety and longevity. Its mounting flange allows installation on the top or bottom of the panel, with a mounting flange height of 18mm.
Its production method utilizes a fully automatic calibration and verification device, which can calibrate and verify one product in just 3 minutes. This enables rapid and error-free mass production, which is unmatched by domestic competitors.
